RETURNS POLICY

All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of receiving the product. Returns must be sent to Party Bear, 900 E Deyoung St, Marion, IL 62959. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Products must be returned in new, unused condition and in original packaging (if applicable). Upon receipt of return, Party Bear will inspect the products for any use or damages and will issue a refund within 3 business days if conditions are met. Refunds will be applied to the payment method used at check-out, refund times may vary based on the bank used. If returns are not reflected within 8 business days, please contact partybear618@gmail.com to request refund status. Party Bear cannot refund any used items nor any customized items. Items returned more than 15 days after receipt as reflected by tracking will be denied. If a package does not arrive within 15 days of intended delivery date, contact partybear618@gmail.com and we will ship a replacement package equal to what was originally shipped (or similar in instance where original package is unavailable). Party Bear uses tracking on all orders and will reference this in instance of "no receipt" requests. Party bear has the right to deny any return for any reason.
